For warranty service, please contact Mighty Sports by reporting problems evidenced with pictures of defect(s) and the evidence of purchase so that we can provide quick response and help. If the product needs to be taken back for service, it is the customer's responsibility to ship them back to Mighty Sports or to the designated service center of Mighty Sports. All product returned for service MUST be in clean situation. All dirty products will be rejected for service and it will be the customer's responsibility to take it back and have it cleaned.
